Consignor—
Terms Summary: Items consigned to One of One Gallery remain your property until sold. The store collects the full sale price and remits your agreed commission percentage within the payout cycle. Unsold items after the consignment period end may be picked up, or donated if not retrieved within 14 days of notice. IRS reporting: Earnings over $600/calendar year are reported via 1099-NEC; a W-9 will be required before your first payout if you are expected to meet this threshold. The store is not responsible for theft, damage, or loss beyond reasonable care. Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice; items will be returned within 7 days. Prices may be adjusted with consignor consent. The store may run promotions; consignor will be notified of any discount exceeding 20%.

📄 Full Agreement Terms
1. Commission & Pricing
1.1The consignor receives 65% of the final sale price. The store retains 35% as a service fee covering tagging, display, photography, and marketing.
1.2Prices are set collaboratively at drop-off. The consignor may submit a price change request at any time through the portal. The store reserves the right to approve or decline based on market conditions.
1.3The store may apply a markdown of up to 20% on items within 14 days of their expiration date to facilitate sale. The consignor will be notified by message.
2. Consignment Period & Renewals
2.1The standard consignment period is 90 days from the date the item is accepted and tagged by store staff.
2.2Extensions may be requested through the portal up to 7 days before expiration. The store will confirm availability of floor space.
2.3Items not picked up within 7 days of expiration will be donated to a local charity partner unless the consignor has arranged otherwise in writing.
3. Payouts
3.1Payouts are processed on the 1st of each month for all balances that have reached the $500 threshold.
3.2Early payouts may be requested through the portal at any time, subject to store approval, and will be processed within 2 business days.
3.3The consignor is responsible for maintaining a valid payment method on file. The store is not liable for delayed payouts due to missing or incorrect payment details.
4. Item Condition & Care
4.1The consignor warrants that all items are accurately described, free of undisclosed damage, and are legally owned by the consignor.
4.2The store will handle all items with reasonable care. The store is not liable for normal wear or minor damage that occurs during the consignment period.
4.3Items must be clean and presentable at drop-off. The store reserves the right to decline items that do not meet quality standards.
5. Returns & Disputes
5.1Once an item is sold, the sale is final from the consignor's perspective. Customer returns handled by the store do not affect the consignor's payout for that item.
5.2Disputes regarding payouts or item condition must be submitted in writing via the portal within 30 days of the relevant transaction.
